Service Times

 

 

At St Thomas' we offer a range of services.

 

The 8.30am Sunday service attracts all parishioners and visitors, and offers a sung Eucharist. We enjoy morning tea together for fellowship after this service in our Parish Centre.  Every second Sunday of the month the service includes prayers for healing and our Choir sing on the first Sunday each month.

 

At 5.30pm on Wednesday, we have a said Eucharist. This is service is for people who can't make it to Sunday worship or who simply like to worship midweek.

 

On the first Thursday of each month (except January) at 9.30am, there is a Prayer Service and Fellowship time that includes morning tea in the Parish Centre.

 

On the second Thursday of each month at 10.30am there is a Eucharist at St John's Home for Men in Orchard Street, Toowong.

 

Saturday Evening Service at 5.30pm each Saturday there is a service at St Thomas', the kind of service varies as follows.

1st Saturday of the month a Eucharist with prayers for healing,

2nd Saturday of the month a Cafe Church service,

3rd Saturday of the month a Eucharist,

4th Saturday of the month a Eucharist in a Celtic style and

5th Saturday of the month a Eucharist followed by shared meal.

Christmas Eve  6.00pm Family Christmas service & blessing of the Crib

 

Christmas Day  8.30am Sung Eucharist with choir
